REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 01.05.2026
This policy applies to all products and services provided by SEDA BALANCE POINT LLC.
1. Digital products & services
All sales are final.
This includes:
- Digital products
- Downloadable materials
- Consulting sessions
No refunds are provided once access is granted or the service is delivered.
2. Physical products (if applicable)
For physical products:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened and unused.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or incorrect products
If a product is damaged or incorrect:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Photo evidence is required.
We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The service was not delivered, or
- A payment error occurred
5. Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree:
- To contact us first to resolve any issue
- Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Permanent restriction from future services
- Further action if necessary
6. Cancellations
- Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is at our discretion.
